I just got word that Jay Insell and Greg Smith will be speaking at the Greenwood Collective tomorrow night. More information here.

Here’s a note from Bryce Phillips, one of the partners behind the Greenwood Collective:

This should be a very cool event. It’s not a massive party but a speaking event with Congressman Jay Inslee and Greg Smith from Urban Visions. To sum it up Jay is the up and coming young Al Gore with a recent best selling book, Apollo’s Fire and the Apollo Energy Project that sets a path for us to move towards clean, sustainable energy.

Greg Smith owns a large portion of Seattle and has been charging ahead with LEED Platinum development projects all over dowtown. He now owns the the block between first and second on Pike, almost all of the land around the Stadiums etc etc. The “Smith Tower” is named after his family and they have been very involved in Seattle for a lot of years.

This should be something different from most [evo related] events that you have attended but also one that will be incredible interesting with a ton of great business people from the Seattle area.
